Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 mango (s)
- 2 kiwi (s)
- 2 banana (s)
- 2 nectarine (s) or peaches
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 300 g curd milk

- Melt the butter in a pan. Roast the oat flakes in it until golden yellow and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar, roast for another 1 minute, then let it cool.
- Peel and stone the mango, peel the kiwis and bananas. Wash, halve, stone the nectarines or peaches. Cut the fruit into slices and place in a bowl.
- Stir in lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the curd on top and sprinkle with toasted flakes.
