- 1 passion fruit (s), ripe
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 1 pineapple, center piece, ripe
- 3 cl vanilla syrup
- 3 cl syrup (amaretto syrup)
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream, if served as dessert

- Peel and core all fruits. Finely puree the fruit with the syrup in a Green Smoothie mixer. There shouldn`t be any pineapple threads left. Let the smoothie cocktail rest in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. It can be enjoyed without ice.
- Serving suggestion as dessert: Enjoy the smoothie cocktail with a scoop of vanilla ice cream from a cocktail bowl.
