Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 75 g quark
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ oil (olive oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate it roughly into a bowl on a kitchen grater. Squeeze out the cucumber juice. Peel off the garlic cloves, press through the garlic press and add.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with quark and olive oil until creamy. Mix together with the cucumber mixture. Then season the tsatsiki with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread on plates, garnish with olives and cucumber slices.
