Ingredients
- 200 g cottae cheese
- 1 can tuna
- 1 bell pepper (s), color your choice
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 apple
- Herbal salt and pepper
- Lemon juice, some splashes

- Drain the tuna. In the meantime, cut the pepper, onion and apple into small cubes.
- Mix the drained tuna with the cottage cheese and the apple and vegetable cubes in a bowl. Season the salad with herb salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve.
- Tastes good as a low-calorie dinner.
