Ingredients

  • 8 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion), large
  • 0.5 ½ bunch thyme
  • 100 g cheese (Appenzeller), rated
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, greener
  • 1 can tuna

Instructions

  1. Cut out the peduncle of the tomatoes and scratch the skin crosswise at the top. Cut the onion into thin rings, chop the thyme, drain the capers. Grease an ovenproof dish with oil and line half of the onion rings. Put the tomatoes in and season with salt and pepper. Roughly cut the tuna and place between the tomatoes. Mix the capers with the remaining onion rings, cheese and thyme and pour everything together over the tomatoes. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Tips: Fresh baguette and red wine go well with them.
