Turkey and Strawberry Sandwiches

The sandwiches are made with whole-grain bread and cream cheese and are filled with turkey fillets and fresh strawberries.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Boiled turkey fillet (cut into thin slices) – 240 g
Fresh, large strawberries – 8 pcs.
Whole grain raisin bread – 8 slices
Cream cheese – 120 g

Directions

Switch on the oven with grill function for preheating.
Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet. For each of 8 slices of bread, apply 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of cream cheese, on 4 of them put 1/4 of all turkey meat. Place the baking sheet in the oven under the grill for 4 minutes.
Cut the strawberries into slices and put the fillets on top, cover with the remaining slices of bread with the cheese side inward.
Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve immediately.
