Clean and dice the peppers and zucchini. Add the tomato paste and vegetables to the meat. The stove can still heat up on the highest setting so that everything - including the vegetables - is seared until crispy. Now deglaze with the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and stew covered over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the diced feta and cook for another 10 minutes until it has completely dissolved. To taste. Salt probably isn`t necessary as the broth and feta are salty enough.
Rice goes very well with it, but also fresh bread.
