  • 1 can corn
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 125 ml poultry broth, strong
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Add the finely diced onions. When they are translucent add the drained corn, the cream and the stock, season with the spices and, if necessary, thicken.
  2. Tastes best with spaghetti.
