  • 400 g broccoli
  • 200 g carrot (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 250 g cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Blanch for 5 minutes and then drain.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into thin slices, brush with mustard and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Season the vegetables as well.
  3. Put the meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Mix the creme fraiche, cream and grated cheese, season with salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables / meat.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
