Ingredients
- 300 g sliced turkey breast
- 3 cucumber (s), (pickles with stevia)
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 5 tablespoon vinegar
- Cucumber liquid, from the jar (with stevia)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- possibly vegetable broth, instant
- possibly herbs, fresh

- Cut the turkey breast into narrow strips, slice the pickles and halve / quarter the tomatoes, depending on the size.
- Cut the spring onions with a little green into fine slices, mix everything together in a bowl. If there are no spring onions, you can of course use a thinly grated normal onion. Mix the vinegar, cucumber liquid, mustard, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl and pour over the salad. If necessary, refine with vegetable stock powder and / or fresh herbs.
