Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth
  • 1 packet peas, frozen
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey meat into bite-sized cubes. Fry the meat and onion cubes in the hot oil. Add salt, pepper and curry, stir well.
  2. Pour in the meat broth and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. After 20 minutes add the peas and the cleaned, sliced mushrooms. Stir creme fraiche into the curry and season to taste.
  3. Side dishes: rice or herb rice, salad.
