Turkey Kebab with Bacon

Very tender and juicy turkey kebab in bacon will be able to conquer everyone who tastes them at least once. They are prepared very simply, but they look like from an expensive restaurant and taste great.

Ingredients

For kebabs:

  • Turkey (fillet) – 300 g
  • Raw smoked bacon (sliced) – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp + for greasing the mould

For the marinade:

  • Natural yoghurt – 150 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Fresh parsley – 5 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

For the sauce:

  • Natural yoghurt – 70 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the turkey skewers in bacon.
  2. Wash and dry the turkey fillet. Cut into 3 x 3 cm pieces.
  3. Wash and dry the parsley. Chop finely and add to the turkey.
  4. Peel, rinse and chop the garlic. Add garlic to turkey and parsley. 
  5. Salt, pepper and mix everything.
  6. Add 150 g of yoghurt to the mass, mix. Cover the turkey bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  7. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and wrap each bite in strips of bacon.
  8. Soak the skewers in warm water for 20 minutes. Place the pieces on skewers, 4 each.
  9. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and add butter. Heat oil over medium heat.
  10. Fry the turkey skewers in bacon for 2 minutes on each side.
  11. Grease the dish with vegetable oil and place the fried kebabs. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  12. Bake kebabs in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
  13. Put 70 g of natural yoghurt in a bowl, add mayonnaise, vegetable oil, lemon juice.
    Finely chop the greens, and chop the garlic. Add to bowl with sauce.
  14. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir. The sauce is ready.
  15. Place the skewers on plates, add the sauce and serve. If desired, you can supplement the kebabs with cherry tomatoes and herbs.
