Turkey Meatballs

Spices give the turkey meat an incredible flavor and aroma. The meatballs are tender, juicy and aromatic. You have never tasted such a dish!

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey 1 Kilogram
  • Breadcrumbs – 0.75 Cups
  • Sour cream – 0.5 cups
  • Fennel Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Dry thyme – 1 teaspoon
  • Dry oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 2 Teaspoons
  • Chopped basil – 2 Teaspoons
  • Chopped Rosemary – 2 Teaspoons
  • Dry chili pepper – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Flour – To taste

Directions

  1. Combine minced meat, crackers, egg, sour cream, salt and spices in a bowl.
  2. And mix well.
  3. Form the minced meat into meatballs and coat them in flour.
  4. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the meatballs.
  5. Fry over low heat on all sides for 10 minutes. Serve with rice and green onions.
