Ingredients

  • 1 kg turkey meat
  • 750 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 500 g onion (s), chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese or more (possibly with herbs), 5%
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into strips, fry in a little hot oil in a large pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Take out of the pan and keep warm. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the pan. Add the meat again and add 1-2 cups of cream cheese.
  2. Bring to the boil briefly and season to taste. Finally, just sprinkle parsley on top.
  3. Rice goes well with it.
