Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Hearty and delicious sandwiches are prepared with turkey salad.
Cook: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Boiled turkey fillet (cut into small pieces) – 0.5 cups
- Natural yogurt – 0.5 cups
- Orange zest – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh ginger (chopped on a grater) – 1 teaspoon.
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Dried cranberries – 1/3 cup
- Almond petals (roasted) – 0.25 cups
- Whole grain bread – 8 slices (30 g each)
- Lettuce salad – 4 leaves
Directions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, zest, ginger, and salt. Put the turkey meat, cranberries, and almonds in a bowl with the dressing, mix.
- On each of the four slices of bread, place one lettuce and 1/2 cup of lettuce. Cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
