Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey meat (turkey fillet)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch sage
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 125 ml wine, white, dry
  • 400 g penne
  • 75 g olives, black, without stone
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cornstarch
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into fine strips and fry in a little frying fat. Add the garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth, cream and wine. Add finely chopped sage and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente. Put the olives in the sauce and, if necessary, thicken with a little mixed cornstarch. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Pour the sauce on the drained pasta and serve.
  2. Freshly grated parmesan and a crunchy salad go well with it.
