Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 1 ½ kg leaf spinach, frozen
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup yogurt, large
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cup rice

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced beef without fat, add the onions, fry, stir in the tomato paste, roast briefly and deglaze with the tomatoes and a cup of water.
  2. Add the spinach and let it thaw, stirring every now and then. When the spinach is thawed, add the rice with 6 cups of water and cook until the rice is soft. If there is not enough water, add a little more.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, with vegetable soup.
  4. Mix the yoghurt with the garlic and salt.
  5. Pour the spinach pot into the plates and drizzle with the yogurt.
  6. A very tasty meal, beyond the boring creamed spinach.
