Ingredients

  • 300 g suar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 300 g mararine, soft
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.75 ¾ pack baking powder
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder, (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

Instructions

  1. For the base, mix 150 g of flour, 150 g of sugar, 150 g of margarine, 3 eggs, 2 packs of vanilla sugar, 3/4 pack of baking powder together and pour into a greased springform pan (26cm).
  2. For the topping, mix 150 g of sugar, 150 g of margarine, 500 g of quark, 1 packet of vanilla pudding, 3 eggs, and the juice of one lemon together and fill the bottom of the springform pan. Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 55 minutes. Please do a chopstick test to test whether the cake is ready and, if necessary, add a few more minutes of baking time. After the baking time, let the cake rest in the oven for a few minutes.
  3. Tips:
  4. Depending on your taste, sprinkle with powdered sugar or place tangerines (from the tin) or similar on the bottom in front of the topping.
  5. Annotation:
  6. This is a cheesecake, in which a batter is first placed in the bottom of the baking pan and the quark filling is spread over it. During baking, the quark filling sinks to the bottom and the batter is at the top, this happens automatically after approx. 15 minutes.
