  • 12 sage leaves
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 200 ml wine, white, dry
  • 1 liter milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and fry all over in olive oil in an oven-safe roaster.
  3. Cut the sage leaves into strips and add to the meat, as well as the needles from 3 sprigs of rosemary and the leaves from 3 sprigs of thyme. Fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine and fill up with milk. Bring to the boil once and then place in the oven without the lid for approx. 70 - 100 minutes. Turn the meat halfway through.
