Ingredients

  • 200 g biscuit (s), (butter biscuits)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (ned food - drained weight 500 g) = Trutti Fruttiss

Instructions

  1. A dessert from the 60s and 70s.
  2. The shortbread biscuits are placed in a flat glass dish / glass casserole dish, broken if necessary.
  3. Other simple drier biscuits can also be used, but they had to be shortbread biscuits in the original dessert.
  4. Drain the fruit cocktail in a sieve. Place the drained fruit on top of the shortbread biscuits.
  5. Cook a custard from the pudding powder, sugar and milk. Pour the pudding over the shortbread and fruit layers and let cool.
  6. The heat and moisture soften the biscuits, that`s how it should be.
