Two-Color Cupcake with Sour Cream

Best cupcake recipe in my cookbook. A two-tone cake with sour cream just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Butter (room temperature) – 180 g + 20 g for greasing the mold
Sour cream – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Granulated sugar – 1 glass
Flour – 1.5 cups
Cocoa – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet

Directions

Whisk soft butter with sugar. Add eggs, mix well. Then add sour cream and flour with baking powder, stir with a spoon until smooth (it is better not to use a mixer).
Divide the dough into two equal parts, add cocoa into one, mix.
Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the white dough.
Top with chocolate dough. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the cake on sour cream for 30 minutes.
