  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Put a little Letscho in a casserole dish with a high rim so that the bottom is covered. Place the schnitzel on top and season with salt and pepper. Clean the garlic and put it in fine slices on the schnitzel. Pour the rest of the Letscho over the schnitzel.
  2. Cover the baking dish with baking aluminum foil and poke holes in it with a fork.
  3. Cook in the oven at 175 ° C for about 1 1/2-2 hours.
  4. I recommend spaetzle as a side dish.
