Instructions

  1. Beat all the ingredients until frothy. Let the greased pan get really hot and add the mixture.
  2. Let the mixture set on both sides under a lid until the desired brownness. Finally, pull the omelette apart with two forks and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
