Ingredients

150 ml nut milk (nut drink) (cashew milk)
1 vanilla pod, which the pulp
1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumb
0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
1 tablespoon Spirulina microalgae, powder
4 date (s)
Agave syrup or maple syrup for sweetening
Sugar sprinkles, colorful (glitter) or mini marshmallows

Instructions

Peel the ginger. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put all ingredients except the decoration in a blender and mix.
Then fill the unicorn latte in a glass and decorate it with colored sprinkles, sugar pearls, edible glitter or mini marshmallows.
If you like, you can add an ice cube - then the unicorn latte is even more refreshing.
