- 550 ml water
- 3 clove (s)
- 1 teaspoon fennel
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ anise
- 1 cinnamon stick (s)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 400 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon tea, black
- 3 tablespoon honey

- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the spices.
- Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes over low heat.
- Now add the milk, black tea and honey. Cut open the vanilla pod and add it as well. Let the whole thing stand for about 3 minutes.
- Then strain the spices and fill them into two cups.
