- 400 ml milk
- 100 g couverture, dark, coarsely rated
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 2 teaspoons pepper - grains, white
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 4 vanilla pods for garnish
- N / A Biscuit (s) (chocolate chip cookies) for garnish

- Put the milk with the coarsely grated couverture in a saucepan. Halve the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp. Add the vanilla pulp and the vanilla pod to the milk.
