- 250 g quark
- 300 g yourt (vanilla)
- 3 tablespoon QimiQ
- 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 400 g strawberries
- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- Strawberries for garnish

- Mix the quark with the vanilla yogurt, QimiQ and powdered sugar until smooth. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp with a knife and stir into the curd mixture. Wash and clean the strawberries and puree them together with the vanilla sugar.
- First pour a layer of strawberry puree, then a layer of vanilla cream and finally another layer of strawberry puree into tall dessert glasses and refrigerate until serving. Serve garnished with strawberries.
