Veal Meatballs

Here is a proven recipe for veal meatballs. Prepare the sauce from
melted cheese and yogurt. The recipe can be added to the children’s menu, the meatballs are very tender and tasty.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Veal – 500 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Processed cheese – 150 grams
  • Natural yogurt – 150 Milliliters
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Bay leaf – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cut the veal into pieces, remove the veins. We pass the meat through a meat grinder.
  3. Add carrots and onions passed through a meat grinder to the minced meat.
  4. We drive in the egg.
  5. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat.
  6. We form the meatballs and put them in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  7. Then add boiling water to the pan so as to completely cover the meatballs. Add bay leaves and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  8. Add natural yoghurt and processed cheese to the finished meatballs. We put the garlic. We mix everything.
  9. Veal meatballs with cheese sauce are ready.
