Ingredients

  • 4 potato (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garam masala
  • teaspoon ⅛ cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the onion and cut into wedges. Chop the garlic. Put the spices in a small bowl and set aside. Cut the potatoes into slices, divide the cauliflower into florets, dice the tomatoes.
  2. Heat some sesame oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower and potatoes until both are still firm to the bite. Salt lightly in between. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Add some sesame oil again to the pan and sweat the onions and garlic until translucent. Stir in the spices and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer briefly. Stir in the potatoes and cauliflower and let everything simmer until the potatoes and cauliflower are cooked through. Finally, season everything with salt again.
