- 40 g oil, (coconut)

- Heat the coconut oil (15 g) in a coated pan. In the meantime, peel the bananas and cut into 1 - 1.5 cm thick slices. Put the banana slices in the hot coconut oil and fry them. Then pour this mixture over the bananas and place in the preheated oven without the lid. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C and serve while still warm.
