  • 225 grams flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 ml water or vegan milk
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • flour or breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough with a hand mixer, so that a viscous dough is formed.
  2. Grease a cake pan very thoroughly. If necessary, sprinkle the form with a little flour or breadcrumbs. Pour the dough into the mold and spread lightly.
  3. The base must bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes. No circulating air.
  4. Then the floor should cool down well after falling.
  5. Tip: Soy milk and rice and almond milk are very good substitutes for cow`s milk.
