Ingredients
- 100 g flour, luten-free if required
- 100 g oat flakes, luten-free if required
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 g mararine
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 150 ml hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink) or other milk alternative
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix all ingredients together, form flat balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
- The amount makes about 30 cookies for me.
- Tip: You can also use gluten-free flour and oatmeal and replace the sugar with rice syrup or other sugar substitutes.
- Do not chop the dark chocolate too small.
- It works just as well with flaked almonds and ground hazelnuts.
