- 250 g mararine
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 70 g cocoa
- 120 g suar
- 1 egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder (malt coffee)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Knead all ingredients together until you have a smooth dough. By the way, as an egg substitute, I mix 1 tablespoon of full-fat soy flour with 3 tablespoons of water. Roll the dough into small balls about the size of a walnut with your hands, press them flat and place them on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Fill a cup with a little water, moisten a fork with it and use it to press the biscuits crosswise.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the biscuits for 15 minutes. Then let cool on the wire rack.
- For me there are 2 sheets with 20 pieces each. The cookies taste slightly bitter and chocolatey, if you like it sweeter, you should use 30 g more sugar.
