Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans
- 4 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon spelled flour, (whole grain spelled flour)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, hot
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

- Drain the kidney beans well using a sieve, then mix or mash the drained kidney beans together with the oat flakes, wholemeal spelled flour, tomato paste and mustard. This works with the food processor, but also with a fork or with your hands.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Shape the mixture into 4-6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the patties for about 3 minutes on each side.
