Ingredients
- 150 g potato (s), finely chopped
- 60 g carrot (s), finely chopped
- 1 medium onion (s), cut into small pieces
- 260 ml water
- 60 g cashew nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 70 g mararine

- Boil the chopped potatoes, carrots and onions in 260 ml water until soft.
- Then put everything, including the water, into a mixer (you can also use a hand blender). Add the remaining ingredients and puree to a creamy mass on the highest setting.
- This sauce is ideal for Mac`n Cheese noodles or for gratinating on pizzas and casseroles.
