Ingredients

  • 400 g beans, black, cooked, drained
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeños, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 150 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onion and jalapeños. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the beans and spices, then add the stock.
  2. Mash the beans and reduce the broth completely. If you don`t like it chunky, you can puree the beans in the food processor at the end.
  3. Note: The specified amount of beans refers to cooked beans without liquid.
