  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 90 g mararine, vean, melted
  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink) or rice milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix the flour with baking powder and salt, mix the melted margarine with the milk and slowly pour over the dry ingredients and stir everything together.
  2. The dough only needs to be mixed very roughly and briefly, approx. 20 seconds is enough. If the dough is too homogeneous or if it is prepared with a machine, the rolls will be too firm and will not rise nicely.
  3. Roll out the dough about 3 cm thick or press it flat with your hands and cut out with a glass. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the scones are golden yellow.
