Ingredients

  • 25 g walnuts
  • 60 g suar, brown
  • 50 ml water
  • 250 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 25 g nut butter (almond or walnut butter)

Instructions

  1. First break open the walnuts and chop them into small pieces. Then place in a frying pan along with the sugar and carefully caramelize over low heat.
  2. Then add a little water to the mixture of caramel and walnut and let it boil down again. Then add the soy cream and stir well. Finally stir in the nut butter.
  3. When the ice cream maker is ready, add the ice cream mixture. The ice machine has to work for different lengths of time depending on the manufacturer and model. When it`s frozen and nice and creamy, the vegan walnut ice cream is ready.
