Ingredients

  • 600 g zucchini
  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 60 ml oil
  • Grease for the tin
  • 200 g couverture, vean for coatin, or powdered suar for dustin

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini finely. It is not necessary to peel the zucchini, but wash off of course.
  2. Mix the dry dough ingredients in a bowl. Mix in the oil and zucchini grated and stir until a viscous mixture is formed. Pour the mixture into a greased, deep baking sheet and smooth it out.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool in the mold.
  4. If you like, you can coat the brownies with couverture or just dust them with powdered sugar.
