Ingredients
- 1 kohlrabi
- 600 g cauliflower
- 600 g broccoli
- 4 carrot (s)
- 400 g potato (s)
- 100 g suar snap peas
- 200 g beans, reen
- 500 g meat
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder

- Peel, wash, quarter and cut the kohlrabi into strips. Clean, wash and cut the remaining vegetables. Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Blanch the vegetables and the potato slices in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, let cool a little and spread in a greased baking dish. Form small dumplings out of the minced meat and distribute them on the vegetables. Mix the sour cream with the cream, season well with the spices and pour over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes, stir once during the cooking time.
