Vegetable Casserole with Minced Chicken

A delicious, hearty, and fairly simple casserole made from zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes, and minced meat will become an indispensable dish that can be prepared not only for dinner but also for a festive table.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 200 g
- Zucchini – 2 pcs.
- Potatoes – 1 pc.
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp
- Hard cheese – 75 g
- Salt – 2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices. Peel the courgettes and cut them into slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Twist the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Add ground pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir the minced meat. Put a circle of zucchini on a circle of tomato. Spread a small amount of minced meat on top. Cover with a slice of potatoes. Place the vegetables and minced meat pyramid in a baking dish, laying on the edge. Repeat the steps with the remaining vegetables and minced meat. Sprinkle with the remaining salt on top.
- Brush vegetables with sour cream. Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake vegetables with minced meat and cheese in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
