Vegetable Casserole

Would you like to cook an appetizing, beautiful and healthy vegetable casserole? Then use this particular recipe for a vegetable casserole, in which vegetables are very harmoniously combined with each other.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower (frozen) – 560 g
- Green peas (frozen) – 200 g
- Carrots – 70 g
- Bulgarian red pepper – 50 g
- Cheese – 160 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs. (approx. 180 g)
- Flour – 50 g
- Salt – 25 g (to taste)
- Pepper (a mixture of peppers) – 10 g
- Bread crumbs – 30 g
- Butter (for greasing the mold) – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
- Put the peas in a sieve so that they begin to defrost.
- Cut the carrots into large pieces and blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add cauliflower, continue cooking vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Cut carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower into small pieces. Put the prepared vegetables in a bowl, mix.
- Separating the yolks from the proteins, grind until smooth. Add half a serving of salt, pepper mixture, flour, and mix. Pour the mixture into a bowl of vegetables.
- Whisk the whites lightly with the remaining salt. Add to vegetables, mix.
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the vegetables (leave a third of the cheese to sprinkle on the vegetable casserole).
- Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs (leave some breadcrumbs for sprinkling on the casserole).
- We shift the vegetables into a mold, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and cheese.
- We send the vegetable casserole to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45-50 minutes. After 35-40 minutes from the beginning of baking, turn off the oven and let the dish “reach”.
- The vegetable casserole is ready.
