  • 2 port. Fish fillet (s), e.g., saithe, plaice, etc.
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • Herb butter

Instructions

  1. First wash the carrots, leeks, spring onions and peppers and cut into strips or rings. Of course you can add or vary these vegetables depending on your own taste, e.g. with corn, onions, sprouts etc.
  2. Wash the fish fillets and pat dry. I let frozen fish thaw for about 10 minutes and then wash it too.
  3. Now take 2 pieces of aluminum foil and place a piece of the herb butter on each. Then put a fish fillet and half of the sliced vegetables in each foil. Now close the aluminum foil tightly.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and then bake the foil packs on the middle rack with circulating air for about 30 minutes (the cooking time is 10 minutes longer for frozen fish).
  5. This goes well with mashed potatoes or rice.
  6. It is suitable for both fresh and frozen fish. Which fish to use can be decided according to personal taste. I mostly take saithe.
