Ingredients
- 700 g potato (s)
- 300 g carrot (s), thick
- 300 g zucchini
- salt
- pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 ml milk
- 125 g sweet cream
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 120 g sheep cheese, (feta)
- 1 bunch chives

- Peel the potatoes and carrots and finely slice them with the zucchini.
- Spread the vegetables on an oiled baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Peel and squeeze the garlic. Mix the garlic, milk and cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
- Bake the gratin in the oven at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 30-35 minutes.
- About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, crumble the sheep`s cheese and sprinkle with the chives on the gratin and serve.
