  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, Italian
  • Lasagne plate (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and carrot, wash the bell pepper and zucchini, dice everything.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and simmer the diced vegetables in it for about 5 minutes. Crumble the feta cheese, stir with sour cream into the vegetable mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a saucepan. Peel and squeeze the garlic and sauté in the oil for approx. Deglaze with the tomatoes, let simmer for approx. 5 minutes and season.
  4. Layer alternately vegetables, lasagne plates, tomato sauce, lasagne plates, vegetables, lasagne plates, etc. in a baking dish, finish with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for approx. 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
