Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry, frozen
  • 450 g minced meat, (mixed)
  • 1 can / s tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 2 large mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Take the puff pastry sheets out of the package and let them thaw. Fry the minced meat in a little oil, dice the onion and add. Add pizza tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini and vegetable stock and let everything boil down for about 15 minutes until you have a creamy mixture. Salt and pepper. Add the cheese and stir in.
  2. Butter a cake tin and lay out the puff pastry in the form (including the edge). Leave one or two sheets of puff pastry outside! Fold the minced meat mixture into the form lined with puff pastry, fold over the edge and form a kind of lid with the two remaining puff pastry sheets. Brush the lid with egg yolk.
  3. Preparation time is stated on the back of the puff pastry package!
  4. I think 30 minutes at 180 ° !!
  5. I swear to you, this is one of the most delicious dishes I`ve ever eaten.
  6. P.S. If you`re not into champis or zucchini, you can of course use just about any other type of vegetable.
