Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 1 zucchini, cut into small pieces
  • 1 carrot (s), finely diced
  • 500 g minced beef, oranic
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green, ripe, sliced
  • 1 tomato (s), ripe, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices cheese your choice

For the tzatziki:

  • 500 g yourt, Greek, 10% fat
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • some lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put onions, zucchini and carrots in a bowl. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and the peas and mix everything well. Pour the entire dough into a prepared dish and press down a little all around.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes, the oven is not preheated.
  3. After about 20 minutes, spread the sliced green bell pepper, the tomato slices, a few more chopped onion remains and the cheese on top and finish baking.
  4. For the tzatziki, put the Greek yogurt in a bowl. Grate the cucumber and onion, finely chop the garlic cloves and add everything to the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and add a few more squirts of lemon juice. Then mix everything well and let it steep.
  5. Arrange and serve on plates.
