Ingredients

  • 250 g croissant noodles
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g cheese, rated, preferably mozzarella
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Olive oil for frying and for the form
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until it is firm to the bite.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the pepper and zucchini and cut into pieces.
  3. Heat some olive oil. Sauté the spring onions in it, then add the zucchini and paprika and fry. Drain the pasta, add and fry for about 2 minutes. Then fold in the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Put everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  4. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
