Instructions

Knead the first 4 ingredients quickly to form a dough and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes. Then press the dough into a greased springform pan and pull up one edge. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the dough base.
Dice the onion and cut the peppers into strips. Fry both in olive oil, allow to cool a little and spread on the dough base. Mix the eggs, sour cream and ajvar together. Season to taste with the spices. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake at 200 ° C in a well preheated oven with top / bottom heat for about 30 - 40 minutes.
The vegetables can be varied wonderfully.
