- 375 g quark
- 550 g flour
- 70 ml milk
- 70 ml oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 teaspoon fondor
- 1 packet baking powder
- 300 g cheese, rated
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 head broccoli
- 250 g ham, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch chives
- some Maggi
- parsley

- Knead the quark, flour, milk, oil, egg, salt, fondor and baking powder into a dough. Roll out the dough and lay it out on a deep baking sheet.
- Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Dice the ham and spread on the tray with the broccoli. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix the eggs, sour cream, chives, parsley and spices together well and pour over the whole tray. Then put it in the preheated oven (180 ° C) and bake for about 35 - 45 minutes. You can see it when the dough gets darker because every oven bakes differently.
- If you have to go quickly, you can also use a ready-made puff pastry.
